Quick Turkey Meatballs with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground turkey
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of breadcrumbs
  • 30g of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100g of marinara sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
  • Spatula
  • Skillet
  • Spiralizer

Instructions:

  • Preheat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball, and place them on the baking tray.
  • Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are cooking, spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the turkey meatballs and marinara sauce.
