Ingredients:
- 250g of ground turkey
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 50g of breadcrumbs
- 30g of Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100g of marinara sauce
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Baking tray
- Spatula
- Skillet
- Spiralizer
Instructions:
- Preheat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately the size of a golf ball, and place them on the baking tray.
- Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the turkey meatballs and marinara sauce.
